Originally trained in Educational Sciences, I integrate international management leadership skills in the services industry, building upon a youth leader background and long-term volunteering work accompanying couples in relationship and personal growth, refined and inspired through top executive training at renowned Institutions (KU Leuven, University of London, Harvard, Stanford).
Evolving from an enthusiastic project manager & international consultant active in the financial sector, corporate trainer and guest professor lecturing at Ghent University and Vlerick Business School. Founder / ex CEO of the training & expertise centre in the Belgian financial sector (Febelfin Academy) and serving as independent board member in multiple organisations. Facing family needs, I left as COO of Stibbe – the leading law firm in the Benelux. Reconnecting with my initial passion for training & change management, I joined GINPI to ensure the daily management of the partnership, to facilitate workshops on sustainable transformation and act as a trusted advisor for high impact (business) leaders & senior management, entrepreneurs and shareholders. |
