GINPI is a global reference in bringing Noble Purpose (back) as a pillar of society, the economy and the world.
We at GINPI focus on pragmatically helping high impact humans (well intentioned leaders of enterprises, organizations, governments, NGO’s who have massive impact) to transform themselves, their collectives and their organisations to contribute tangibly and sustainably to society.
We want to ignite in those leaders the right consciousness and passion to go beyond their own interests, needs and even fears, and deeply connect with their Noble Purpose to serve society.
We do so by linking Noble Purpose with sustainable strategy, LovinShip and organizational culture. We work with a team of exceptional people, with exceptional stories, going for exceptional impact.
Olivier Onghena-’t Hooft, a successful Belgian entrepreneur-advisor-author, has founded GINPI in 2010 and continues to inspire the organisation and community as its executive chairman and one of the leading contributors.

Having a Noble Purpose guarantees that each individual, each collective of individuals, and each organisation, ignites the right energy within the right proportions (the least input for the best output) to achieve unique things at service of others. When genuinely inspired, all human beings can become what they really are by finding answers to ‘Why do I live?’, ‘Why do I want to achieve what?’ and ‘What do I want to contribute?’
