LovinShip is a form of leadership that allows you to love and empathize with your coworkers, that encourages you to inspire them through your own positivity and constructive behavior, that replaces cold KPI’s by warm CPI’s (Caring for People Indicators), and in which authenticity, self-consciousness, trust and vulnerability are central.
LovinShip, a word and concept invented by GINPI’s Founder, Olivier Onghena-‘t Hooft, is one of the most crucial concepts within the House of Noble Purpose model, which we promote at GINPI. It is much more than just the latest hype but is a completely new approach to leadership based on a humane and holistic perspective. It will influence our way of looking at people, collectives, organizations, and work.
Leaders who adopt this new style as their guideline will have a much more positive sustainable impact on their collective(s) and organization(s), and by that on society, than in the past.
