Who am I? My pledge – Why I do what I do? What have I realised?
I am a woman, a wife and a mother who has always tried to bring the right balance between a fulfilling professional activity and a happy family life. I am an engineer who is fascinated by the human complexity and richness. I am a citizen of the world who, thanks to five amazing years of expatriation in China, has developed a different view on situations and a passion for cross-culture management and communication.

I have decided to live my personal and professional life to the full, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually aligned.

My 10 words :  purpose, challenge, sports, empathy, nature, family, altruism, anchoring, curiosity, awareness

My values
:   trust, harmony, openness, honesty, authenticity

Contribute to increase leaders’ level of consciousness, to highlight their talents, to define a meaningful & useful purpose in order to create harmony inside the organizations and society.

What expertise I bring to GINPI clients?

§By combining my engineer ability to analyse complex systems with my human approach.

  • By bringing my experience of women leadership in industrial firms.
  • By mobilizing my intercultural awareness and skills.
  • By bringing my experience with new generations students
  • By sharing my passion, my energy  and my strong conviction that gathering teams around a common noble purpose is key to performance and to personal accomplishment.
I have worked 19 years as an engineer in international industrial firms (PSA Peugeot Citroen, GE Healthcare). I have managed production teams  and I also have been a change management project leader. I have trained and coached managers and teams to transform their activity based on Lean management. I had a great experience living for five years in China where I found new professional challenges as a French teacher in a Chinese high school and as a productivity project leader connecting the Chinese and French teams in a car industry firm.

A few years ago I questioned myself about the meaning and the purpose of my job and I realized that what drives me is the human dimension and the place of people in the core of companies.

Therefore, I completed an executive coach certification and I started supporting people and organizations in highlighting their talents, in developing their potential, in transforming their culture. Examples of themes of intervention : leadership, new manager position, professional transition, cross culture management, team effectiveness engineering.
