Sustainable strategy on organisational level
We help high impact leaders who form the board of directors/supervisory board, or the board of management/executive committee, or an intact team, or a family office to define the right collective strategy to achieve their noble purpose, by being authentic and staying true to their collective core.
Sustainable Strategy Advice & Workshops
We have developed a robust and highly efficient methodology to help organisations validate their alignment with the business strategy, integrating Noble Purpose, LovinShip and Organisational Culture. We use sustainability as a reference framework, advising and assisting them, to ensure an actionable translation of the strategy.
Such an exercise often starts at the board of directors and/or the executive committee or management board how to embark on such a journey, what steps to follow, and how to involve the entire organisation in the implementation and realisation of the strategy.
It requires the setup of a change or transformation process office & capability, allowing us to work alongside transformation ambassadors representing all stakeholders. As we strongly believe in the involvement of the organisation this work requires the set-up of workshops where representatives of all the stakeholders of the organisation will be invited to contribute.
Such advisory (the first phase) and workshops facilitation (second phase) is an intense process running over several months.
Inspirational Sustainable Strategy Insights
We have given hundreds of keynotes – and we keep being asked to do so! – around the globe to inspire small or large crowds in all kinds of organisations how essential and powerful sustainable strategy is. Essential in first instance for the individuals in the organisation to be fully engaged, and for the collectives of the organisation to work together and aligned.
Our keynotes (45 minutes to 3 hours) are thought-provoking, heart-touching, and profound reflective and inspirational moments. It’s about the potential, the relevance, and the energising impact of a sustainable strategy and how the individual, the collective, and the entire organisation will benefit from efficiency.
These keynotes often have a booster effect and/or are the ignition of an appetite within the organisation (can be on the level of the executive leadership, the people, or the shareholder level) to embark on a journey that will profoundly transform the organisation (through introducing a noble purpose, reviewing the execution of the existing strategy, optimising the organisational culture and/or reviewing the impact of the leadership).
