It’s about advising and assisting them how to be coherent and aligned as a collective in how they do what they do: ensure an actionable and integer translation of the strategy, defined on organisational level, to become a noble purpose driven organization going for sustainability.
We help collectives to overcome change resistance, realign their focus on that what matters most for them, and their capacity to take up the challenges in a tangible way. Although this advice requires reflections about their LovinShip, this work is geared towards putting things into place. It’s about the doing, and not so much about the being (what would be more the topic of LovinShip or Noble Purpose advice)..
