Culture on collective level

Culture on collective level means for us the values, beliefs, guiding principles, needs and fears individual members of a collective share (or not) with each other, and how these drive their decisions and actions. How this influences what they say or not say and do or not do. That is their ‘collective culture’. We do this through collective culture mentoring & advise, H.A.T journeys, collective shaping, and Trust for Success (TfS).

Collective Culture Advice & Mentoring (CCaM)

Through a journey, short or long, we help the collective of high impact leaders to clarify what can – or should – be the culture of their collective.

We bring consciousness of the choices to make, or the key decisions to take, how to progress together, at the service of what should be the right focus: Humankind, society, ecology, economy, … through a strong collective culture.

We help high impact leaders to explore the potential for growth and success of their collective through a transformation of their individual and combined existing culture (read: values, beliefs, needs and fears).

We embark on journeys that can be intense or more, depending upon the availability of the individual members of the collective, and the ambition the collective sets. A journey – with intervals and only short slots of several hours or one or two days – may take from about three to twelve months and is always tailor made.

High Achieving Team Journeys (HaT)

We use the robust and highly effective GINPI unique H.A.T-methodology to help collectives become high achieving ones.

The focus here is on what a collective needs to start, keep and stop doing to become a high achieving team. How to evolve from a group of individuals doing their thing, to a solid team with aligned team members who complement, support, challenge, and care for each other. It’s about the different stages a collective must go through for them to become a H.A.T. We work with team dynamics, integrate a pulse check, work on action plans, and push collectives to embrace the specific competences required to become a H.A.T.

These tailor-made journeys typically last between 24 hours (spread over 2 consecutive days) and three days, depending upon the specific needs of the collective.

Collective Shaping

We use this approach to help high impact leaders who are part of a group and thereby share similar interests, but who are not and will not become a high achieving team, to develop a shared collective culture.

The focus here is on what the collective needs as a community, and what to start, keep and stop doing. Our collective shaping programs, seminars and workshops are about creating awareness, bring insights on how collectives work, allow for plenty of sharing, help to integrate methodologies, …

A typical example of target group we work for is the group of high impact leaders who have similar roles or titles in an organization, and who have to learn to share best practices, develop together an ambition for their organization, eliminate inefficiencies in leadership, and develop new mental models.

These tailor-made journeys typically last between two and three days, depending upon the specific needs of the collective.

Trust for Success (TfS)

TfS is a great interactive 1,5+0,5day-format to help high impact leaders who form a collective develop trust in themselves, the others, and the systems they belong to. Why? To make the collective successful through finding individual fulfillment in working with the others for a noble purpose that is beyond individual transactional interests.

Collectives will only become high achieving teams when there is trust. For when there is trust, people will share, learn to resolve conflicts, can debate, feel fully engaged in what they do, hold each other accountable and generate better performance and results. That leads to individual, collective, and organizational success.

Trust is linked to self-awareness and to vulnerability. How can I show myself, be authentic and inspire others? Trust will build bridges between individual development (what trust means for people) and collective development (how it sits in the organizational context).

We go beyond a ‘typical training’ and come with a tailor-made awareness program in hybrid format. One and a half day residential for tapping into collective intelligence, for team building and for constant sharing. Digital (0,5 day) for the follow-up. 70% of the workshop is based on breakouts and group reflections, followed by plenary sharing. There are lots of interactions.
