LovinShip on collective level

LovinShip is rooted in a positive and harmonious view of the world. It is focused on encouraging the high impact leaders that form a collective to free themselves from the obstructive conventions of the past and even from their childhood ‘drama’ (or ‘shit’, leading to a sub-optimal negative leadership style which we call leadershiT).

LovinShip is meant to liberate their full potential. And by that the full potential of the collective. Because whatever stands in the way of deploying LovinShip in the collective will negatively impact the dynamics of the collective. LovinShip is a form of leadership where the leaders seek a balance between mind, body, and soul to decide and act from for the collective to become high achieving. Loving and caring leaders will shift the focus from being their role to being human. As LovinShip brings simply the best out in people who form the collective and lead the organization, they will move from being KPI’s oriented to being CPI’s (Caring for People Indicators) oriented.

We develop this collective way of being through Collective LovinShip mentoring & advice, coaching, journey, system dynamics, wisdom retreats, High Achieving Team journeys, LovinShip in Action seminars, and Trust for Success seminars.


LovinShip Advice & Mentoring (LaM)


Through a journey – short or long – we help the collective of high impact leaders to clarify what can be the LovinShip of their collective.

We bring consciousness of the choices to make, or the key decisions to take, to progress together, at the service of what should be the right focus: Humankind, society, ecology, economy, … through LovinShip.

We embark on journeys that can be intense or more, depending upon the availability of the individual members of the collective. A journey – with intervals and only short slots of several hours or one or two days – may take from about three to twelve months and is always tailor made.

LovinShip Collective Coaching


This is a process in which we support a collective of high impact leaders to achieve a specific result or goal to better serve their noble purpose from the foundation of LovinShip.  

It is often a short-term journey, always tailor made, on clearly defined skills to develop this different quality of leadership. It can also consist of a process to observe how a collective of high impact leaders lead, so we can provide unbiased feedback. 

GINPI uses multiple structures, models, approaches, and methodologies of LovinShip coaching, and upon request, customized to facilitate learning of new behavior for personal growth or professional advancement at service of the collective.

Often, we use a style in which we ask questions and offer opportunities that will challenge the high impact leaders to find the answers within themselves. This ’Socratic method’ facilitates the persons to discover answers and new ways of being and by that leading, based on their values, beliefs, needs and fears ‘iceberg’. 

LovinShip Journey


We have developed this LovinShip residential 2,5 to 4-day journey to help the members of a collective take a deep dive in their individual and collective leadership, make them conscious of what hinders them to practice the noble art of LovinShip, and what they can do to transform.

We embrace the mind, the heart, the soul, and the body of the members of a collective. We work holistically in a physical and methodological context of harmony, beauty, and inspiration.

We help the high impact leaders of a collective to better understand why LovinShip matters so much, for themselves, their collective, their stakeholders, and society.  

We help develop deep self-awareness through valuable and constructive yet ‘no taboo’ feedback from us and each other, and through techniques of self-reflection. They’ll also learn how to help others to be authentic and integrate the LovinShip approach in their own collective(s) and organization(s).

We’ll take a deep dive in the individual and collective behavioral iceberg to become aware where that behavior comes from, heavily influenced by individual values, beliefs, needs and fears. And where certain behaviors need to be adapted.

LovinShip System Dynamics


The power of system dynamics is beyond the ordinary understanding!

We use the remarkable methodology of system thinking to help collectives become aware of what is below the surface, the regularly visible.

Through constellations we help understand what the relevant dynamics are that play, and how these can help to become clear(er) about the potential of LovinShip for the collective.

This program impacts the collective through the work that we do with the individuals that form the collective. This program boosts profoundly the trust and respect amongst the members of the collective.

LovinShip High Achieving Team Journeys (HaT)


We use the robust and highly effective GINPI unique H.A.T-methodology to help collectives become high achieving collectives.

The focus here is on what a collective needs to start, keep and stop doing to become a high achieving team. It’s about the different stages a collective must go through for them to become a H.A.T. We work with team dynamics, integrate a pulse check, work on action plans, and push collectives to embrace the specific competences required to become a H.A.T.

These tailor-made journeys last between 24 hours (spread over 2 consecutive days) and three days.

LovinShip in Action (LiA)


These are great interactive 2-day (residential) formats about LovinShip that we run for large audiences of one organization. LiA seminars are built around specific blocks that we believe are essential to influence the organizational culture and to get things done in the organization: the principles of comfort zone and change resistance, adult learning, the art of LovinShip, the basics of organizational culture, the power of collective intelligence, the impact of having a noble purpose, learning labs.

Although we have some ‘standard’ blocks we use, we will always make a LiA seminar specific for the client’s needs.

Trust for Success (TfS)


TfS is a great interactive 1,5+1day-format to help people develop trust in themselves, the others, and the systems they belong to. Why? To be successful, in its broadest meaning. In times of profound paradigm shifts and transformation, people must accept to work with uncertainties. But that will only happen when there is trust.

Collectives will only become high achieving teams (H.A.T) when there is trust. For when there is trust, people will share, learn to resolve conflicts, can debate, feel fully engaged in what they do, hold each other accountable and generate better performance and results. That leads to individual, collective, and organizational success.

Trust is linked to self-awareness and to vulnerability. How can I show myself, be authentic and inspire others? Trust will build bridges between individual development (what trust means for people) and collective development (how it sits in the organizational context).

We go beyond a ‘typical training’ and come with a tailor-made awareness program in hybrid format. Residential for tapping into collective intelligence, for team building and for constant sharing. Digital for the follow-up. 70% of the workshop is based on breakouts and group reflections, followed by plenary sharing. There are lots of interactions.
