LovinShip is rooted in a positive and harmonious view of the world. It is focused on encouraging high impact leaders to free themselves from the obstructive conventions of the past and from their childhood ‘drama’ (or ‘shit’, leading to a sub-optimal negative leadership style which we call leadershiT). It is meant to liberate their full potential. And to connect with and integrate their noble purpose. It is a form of leadership where the leader seeks a balance between mind, body, and soul to decide and act from. Loving and caring leaders have learned how to ensure that their people can search for, find, and maintain that same balance they have found. LovinShip brings simply the best out in people, collectives, and organizations.
We develop this way of being through LovinShip mentoring & advice, executive coaching, LovinShip Circles, LovinShip Journey, and Wisdom Encounters.
LovinShip Advice & Mentoring (LaM)
We help high impact leaders to develop the ‘art of leading’ for leadership is much more than a technique. It’s a state of mind and being. We clarify what drives them in how they lead, what boosts their self-worth and confidence while being in a role with power, and what are the foundations of their current leadership. We bring consciousness of the unconscious and of the choices to make to transform the current leadership style into LovinShip.

We use current leadership issues, problems, conflicts, negative impact, etcetera to examine recurring patterns of leadership thinking and behavior, asking ‘no taboo’ questions and stimulating the individual to take control of issues s/he has avoided. Development of specific competencies is not the goal but can be an indirect result of the work we do together.
We embark on journeys that can be intense and mind blowing, depending upon the openness and mental-spiritual availability of the individual. A journey may take from about three to six months to a couple of years, the latter when the time needed to truly transform is combined with business advice.
LovinShip Executive Coaching
This is a process in which we support a high impact leader to achieve a specific personal or professional result or goal to better serve his/her noble purpose from LovinShip.
It is often a short-term process based on clearly defined skills to develop this different quality of leadership. It can also consist of a process to observe how an executive leads to provide unbiased feedback.
GINPI uses multiple structures, models, and methodologies of coaching, and upon request, customized to facilitate learning of new behavior for personal growth or professional advancement in connection with the leadership.
Often, we use a style in which we ask questions and offer opportunities that will challenge a leader to find the answers within oneself. This ’Socratic method’ facilitates the person to discover answers and new ways of being and by that leading, based on their values, beliefs, needs and fears ‘iceberg’.
LovinShip Journey
This 2,5 to 3-day open residential program is one of the GINPI flagship ones, where we embrace the mind, the heart, the soul, and the body. We work holistically in a physical and methodological context of harmony, beauty and inspiration.
We help high impact leaders from all walks of Life, from a variety of organizations, from diverse backgrounds to better understand why LovinShip matters so much, for themselves, their stakeholders, and society.
We help develop deep self-awareness through valuable and constructive yet ‘no taboo’ feedback from us and others, and through techniques of self-reflection. They’ll also understand how to help others to be authentic and integrate the LovinShip approach in their own collective(s) and organization(s).
We’ll take a deep dive in your behavioral iceberg to become aware where your behavior comes from, heavily influenced by your values, beliefs, needs and fears.
In this program we also take ample time to reflect about your noble purpose, and how you can develop one should you not have one yet.
LovinShip System Dynamics
The power of system dynamics is beyond the ordinary understanding!
We use the remarkable – some might say ‘mysterious’ – methodology of system thinking to help individuals become aware of what is below the surface, the regularly visible.
Through constellations, we help understand what the relevant dynamics are that play, and how these can help to become clear(er) about the potential of your LovinShip.
This highly impactful methodology also helps you connect with that what hinders you from being a free, loving and caring leader, as patterns from childhood and from young Life experiences will be unveiled.
Wisdom Encounters
Wisdom Encounters is an annual, inspirational, upon invitation only gathering for high impact leaders who meet in an idyllic place for a three-day noble purpose, impact, and ego-less retreat.
It has a remarkable impact on participants through connecting with true potential and beauty. Through sharing collective wisdom about humanity, society, and the world in transformation. Through opening to other perspectives and learning from each other.
Participants experience the Wisdom Encounters retreats as fabulous moments of inspirational thinking and ideas sharing, as an uplifting break from very busy intense Lives, re-aligning mind, spirit, and body. They allow each one to return to the respective responsibilities with a boost of inspiration and increased clarity about LovinShip and how to serve ‘the world’ with even more courage and commitment, from a quality of leadership – LovinShip – that is beyond mainstream leadership.
Wisdom Encounters is progressively becoming a global community of collective wisdom and humanity, functioning as an international collegial network of inspirational and loving leaders from around the globe, who take concrete, engaging and solution-oriented actions that have positive sustainable impact on a large scale.
LovinShip Circles
The LovinShip Circles, another GINPI flagship ‘product’, are incredibly powerful ad impacting two-year journeys with an exclusive small group of well selected and very complementary high impact leaders. These embark on an intense program, facilitated by a duo or trio of the GINPI faculty members who bring in their respective insights and Life-experience.
These circles are safe containers of trust and consciousness-camaraderie, focused on learning from each other, reflecting on the concepts and ideas that we bring in the middle, using nature as an inspirational force for self-reflection and development.
The two-year journey has several well-defined blocks, quite equally spread over the 8 quarters: group sharing and exploring, council format learning, personal iceberg exploration, connecting with the power of the elements, Mother Earth, and Father Universe, using shamanic wisdom, living Nature at fullest, methodological LovinShip discovery processes, …
