The GINPI model of the world

A humanistic approach

Everyone who is ensured of the basic needs of health, security, education, housing, respect, freedom, and access to information, has potentially the inner capacity to contribute something unique to our Humankind, our society, and the world. Individuals become who they are through being able to create added value at the service of the realisation of a noble purpose of the economic system (from a household to a multinational corporation) to which they belong. That added value creation is at its best when congruent with personal values, passion, experience, Life principles and intentions.
We believe that human beings are good and have enormous potential to be at the service of others, for human beings want to live a Life of meaning, and not a boring Life of ‘transactionality’

The new economic paradigm & conscious capitalist approach

The neo-liberal philosophy and Milton Friedman’s approach of doing business for business without boundaries are replaced by the principles of a sustainable, restorative, regenerative economy, where the focus on the collective replaces the egocentric and purely individual self-interest.
Enterprises must reconnect their business-economic success with social progress. Growth of enterprises – in case that growth is necessary! – should go hand in hand with growth of the individuals who form that enterprise. The competitiveness of an enterprise, and the health of the surrounding communities, are mutually dependent.
Capitalism and entrepreneurship can be a force for good, under the condition that enterprises compete not to be the best in the world, but the best for the world. From an amoral culture of short-term self-interest, profit maximisation, shareholder only value emphasis, isolationist thinking, disregarding long-term consequences, to a value-based business culture that focuses on the accumulation of ‘spiritual capital’, benefiting all the stakeholders, including the human race and the planet.

The systemic intelligence & organisational dynamics approach

An organisation has much more than just a balance sheet, a strategy, products or services, and people. All organisations and collectives have a source, a noble purpose, and an intrinsic dynamic within its DNA that is connected to the time of creation. Organisations carry the patterns of their founders and the history wherein they were founded.
Each part of the organisation – amongst others, each collective – belongs to the system and needs visibility. What belongs to the systemic dynamic of the organisation cannot be discarded by the leaders. The incredible strength of organisational and human intelligence is what needs to be revealed in any noble purpose, collective dynamic, sustainable strategy, or cultural transformation effort. And high impact leaders are expected not only to be aware of these dynamics but also to work with them and integrate them in their LovinShip..

The integral (Buddhist) philosophy

Closely related to systemic thinking, the need for a balance between the IT (the material), the WE (the interpersonal, the collective) and the I (the personal, the self), and the balance between the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies of individuals, collectives, and organisations, are key for their future energetic coherence, inner and outer alignment, achievement, success, and relevance in and for Humankind and society.
In all our interventions we work with what we consider as essential human, collective, and organisational wisdom and give a place to the spirit of the organisation, the collective, and the individual, as we believe that the heart, the ‘soft’, drives the hard, the ‘results’.

We use our highly acclaimed and impactful ‘House of Noble Purpose’ © methodology to help organisations align noble purpose, LovinShip, organisational culture and sustainable strategy. We believe that there is an essential coherence to build and maintain between how an organisation is inspired towards a noble purpose by its leaders, how they support the coworkers with a sustainable strategy and a conscious culture to do what needs to be done to serve the noble purpose.

Taking a deep dive into noble purpose

Ask yourself this:

  • Why do I do what I do?
  • What does my organisation stand for?
  • What kind of organisation would I like to lead?

65% of the active population in the world is not engaged in their job. Maybe you are one of them. Maybe you’re leading a team with that disengagement. Maybe both. The Book of noble purpose will help you discover the central force that drives engagement and hand you the necessary tools to incorporate it into your Life.

This book, inspired by my Life story and multiple business experiences, explains how we can create an economy and a society that have a positive view of Humankind and the world. A society in which ecology, humanism and economic prosperity go hand in hand as the basis for a sustainable future in which individuals can lead a Life that has and gives meaning.
