We enjoyed an inspiring afternoon. LEAD-IN created a unique atmosphere in the beautiful surroundings and performances of La Monnaie. Theme of the afternoon: The Importance of Purpose, how to promote inspiring leadership as a contribution to a better society, a better world.

As ambassador of the LEAD-IN, I welcomed Frank Van Massenhove, Adrienne Axler, Guido Vanherpe, Arnoud Raskin, Bart Weetjens, Jan Raes and Peter de Caluwe on stage. They each brought their vision and experience with purpose for people, organisations and society.

The event was realized in collaboration with the artistic, technical and productional departments of La Monnaie. We enjoyed short parts of opera, music, a master class and the 120 childrens choir.
