My conviction: we need to have more loving & caring leadership (LovinShip) in enterprises (and all other systems) in order to neutralise all the ‘drama’ coming from the Leader‘Shit’ that leaders carry with them.
It’s through being in a power position that the childhood drama (read: ‘shit’), buried deep in the unconsciousness, finds a way to go into catharsis.
Always with a huge price to pay for the people in the system, suffering from an inadequate, authoritarian and separating leadershiT style.
Lovinship is the way to replace leadershiT!
