Why giving true meaning to your Life matters?

“The lack of living a Life of meaning, of not having connected with a noble purpose, of allowing ‘the system’ to drive our choices.”

Olivier Onghena – ‘t Hooft, Founder / Executive Chairman

Several people, most of whom I don’t know, shared with me the last couple of weeks how they appreciated reading what noble purpose really is about, and how the different perspective to Life I describe in the book … has changed their respective Lifes.

During summer holidays many people take the time not only to relax, spend quality time with the loved ones, but also to question why they are (professionally) doing what they are doing. And if they will return to the same rat race once the holidays are over.

Why is it that we (more than 75% of the active world population!)

  • Professionally do things we don’t like?
  • Keep hanging in a system that doesn’t fulfill us (anymore)?
  • Lack the courage to take time to sit with ourselves and reflect and envision that what would truly proufoundly enchant us?
  • Don’t move our curser-of-Life to doing things wherewith we can make a real difference AND feel complete and fulfilled?

What is that holds us back?

Based on many years of expertise and research: the lack of living a Life of meaning, of not having connected with a noble purpose, of allowing ‘the system’ to drive our choices.

Hence my invitation to take a moment of quality reflection time this summer, should you wish to, and ask yourself the key questions:

  • How much do I still like my professional Life?
  • What should and could I do differently to increase my bliss?
  • Should I have the opportunity what would I change in my professional Life?

And finally, most importantly,
Do I really want to go back, after the summer break, to the same professional Life I had until now?

Should you wish, the book is still available for purchase on https://www.lannoo.be/nl/book-noble-purpose or any major online distribution channel.
