Inspired by the authentic conversations Ilham Kadri and I have about #human#dignity#diversity#lovinship, the power of #noblepurpose and how that makes enterprises so much more #successful … on multiple levels, for all #stakeholders, in a sustainable way.

I find what Ilham achieved/s with the entire Solvay population essential for all enterprises (who care for the future and their future).

What she stands for is in my belief a call to action for many #CEO’s who are still uncertain how to do ‘it’ or reluctant to go for a strong noble purpose, inspired by loving leadership, nurturing a conscious organisational culture and using a #sustainable#strategy.

If 50 CEO’s of enterprises like Solvay decide to go the same path as Ilham did (against all odds!), this ‘coalition of the willing’ as I like to call them, will have a transformational power of shifting the paradigm, and thereby influence massively as a force for good the global economy-society (or should I say society-economy?).
