GINPI is a global reference in bringing noble purpose (back) into Life, the economy, society, and the world.

We focus on helping high impact leaders (CEO’s & presidents, business owners & entrepreneurs, states(wo)men, leaders from cultural, societal, non-governmental or public organisations, heads of NGO’s ) to transform themselves, their collectives and/or their organisations/enterprises in order to contribute tangibly and sustainably to society.
We want to ignite and inspire in leaders the right consciousness, mindset and passion to go beyond their own interests, needs and even fears, and deeply connect with their noble purpose.

Olivier Onghena-’t Hooft, a successful Belgian entrepreneur-advisor-author, has founded GINPI in 2010 and continues to inspire the organisation and community as its executive Chair and one of the leading contributors.

They guide us towards achieving harmony between the different interests of members of a group or team and between the different interests of all the stakeholders of an enterprise or any kind of organisation.

Inspiration is the essence of Humankind’s evolution. There is no creation, no innovation, no entrepreneurship, no art, no scientific invention, nor philosophy, … without inspiration.

Having a noble purpose guarantees that each individual, each collective of individuals, and each organisation, ignites the right energy within the right proportions (the least input for the best output) to achieve unique things. When genuinely inspired, all human beings can become what they really are by finding answers to ‘Why do I live?’, ‘Why do I want to achieve what?’ and ‘What do I want to contribute?’
